Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I vote for the "Items Requiring Shareholder Approval"? Once you've entered your stockholder's information, you will be directed to the online ballot. Here's how to vote for each item:
   • For each item, click the appropriate box(es) to indicate your vote.
   • For all items except the election of directors, select only one box for "YES," "NO," or "ABSTAIN" to indicate your vote.
2. How many regular directors and independent directors can I vote for in the election? You can vote for up to nine (7) regular directors and two (2) independent directors. Click the boxes opposite the names of the chosen nominees to indicate your vote. Cumulative voting is allowed.
3. Can I change my vote after submitting it? Yes, you can change your vote after submitting it. Simply click the "BACK" button to return to the previous page and modify your selections. However, once the votes are finalized and the "SUBMIT" button is clicked, you will no longer be able to change your vote.
4. What happens after I submit my online vote? After clicking the "SUBMIT" button, a confirmation message saying "Thank you for Voting" will appear, indicating that your vote has been successfully submitted.
5. What is the deadline for submitting online votes? Online votes will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on June 16, 2023.
6. How do I submit my questions for the Open Forum during the Meeting? If you have any questions that would like to be answered during the Open Forum of the Meeting , please send an email to PXP_CorporateSecretary@pxpenergy.com.ph . Make sure to send your questions on or before 12:00 noon of June 19, 2023.
7. When will the AGM take place? The AGM is scheduled for June 21, 2023.

9. What password do I use to log-in the streaming: The passcode is the same security code you use for voting
10. When will the link for the AGM be active? The link for the AGM will only be active ten (10) minutes before 2:30 P.M. on June 21, 2023.
